Answers, without the wait.

Find quick answers about tickets, payments, organising events and your account.

TicketQuill is a place to discover events and book tickets, and for organisers to publish events and sell tickets. It covers concerts, conferences, workshops, social gatherings and more.

No. You can explore published events without an account. You only need one when you book tickets or create an event.

Browsing and creating an account are free. Some events are free to attend, and others have a ticket price set by the organiser. Organiser plans and fees are listed on the Plans and pricing page.

Use the filters on the Explore events page to narrow events by category, and check the location shown on each event card.

Open the event, choose your ticket type and follow the checkout steps. Your digital ticket is saved to your account once the order is confirmed.

Sign in and open your dashboard. Your tickets are listed there with a unique code you can show at the entrance.

Payments are handled by trusted third-party payment providers, and we confirm each payment before issuing a ticket. We do not store your full card details.

It depends on the organiser's refund policy shown on the event page. If an event is cancelled, you are entitled to a refund from the organiser. Read our Refund policy for the full details.

Wait a few minutes and refresh your dashboard, because some payments take time to confirm. If it still does not appear, contact support with your order reference and we will check it for you.

Create an account, open your organiser workspace and add your event details, date, venue and ticket categories. Publish it when you are ready and it appears on TicketQuill.

Yes. Set the ticket price to zero and attendees can reserve a free ticket, so you still get a guest list and check-in.

Each ticket has its own unique code. Your team checks the code at the door, and the system is designed to stop the same ticket being used twice.

Fees depend on your plan. See Plans and pricing for the current details, and the organiser guide for how everything works.

Yes, you can update details from your organiser workspace. If the date or venue changes in a big way, let your attendees know and consider offering refunds.

Go to the Sign in page and use the password reset option. If you get stuck, contact support.

We use it to run your account, issue tickets and keep the platform safe. We never sell it. Read our Privacy policy for full details.

Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter email. You will still get important messages about your orders.

Contact us from the support page and we will help you close it and remove your data, subject to records we must keep by law.
