TicketQuill charges a platform fee on paid ticket sales. Payment processing charges are separate. The applicable charges will be displayed clearly before a customer completes checkout.

Free events do not attract a paid-ticket platform commission. Subscription fees apply only when an organiser chooses a paid plan.

Prices displayed are proposed launch pricing and may change before commercial launch. Platform fees are deducted from ticket revenue by default and are not charged on refunded tickets. Payment processing fees, applicable taxes, refunds and settlement deductions are calculated separately and disclosed at checkout or during organiser onboarding.

Here's what organisers should know before getting started.

Yes. Our Free plan lets organisers create events, sell tickets and manage attendees without a monthly subscription. A platform fee applies to paid ticket sales.
No. Events with free tickets do not attract our paid-ticket platform commission. Other optional paid services may have their own pricing.
Free provides essential event creation and ticketing tools. Premium adds advanced analytics, team permissions, detailed reporting, enhanced promotion tools and a lower proposed platform fee.
Our planned payment model uses approved Flutterwave marketplace split payments. Organisers will complete the required verification and payment onboarding before selling paid tickets. Settlement depends on the payment provider's applicable terms and schedule.
Yes. Customers will be able to purchase tickets through guest checkout using their contact details. They can also create an account to manage their tickets and order history.
Our planned subscription system will allow eligible organisers to upgrade to Premium as their needs grow. Subscription billing and cancellation terms will be available before paid subscriptions launch.
No. Platform commissions and payment processing charges are separate. The applicable checkout fees will be displayed before payment.
